Refund and Cancellation Policy

Full refund: for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure. No refund: for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour start time or in case of no-show. Weather or safety cancellations: in the rare event of tour cancellation due to extreme weather or safety reasons, guests may choose between rescheduling or a full refund. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. GlaciGo does not charge a separate confirmation fee.

Booking Policy

Private tour requests are confirmed once availability, route, pickup details, and payment conditions have been agreed. Custom itineraries may require additional coordination before confirmation.

Weather & Safety Policy

Icelandic weather and road conditions can change quickly. GlaciGo may adjust timing, routing, stops, or itinerary details when needed for safety and comfort.

Partner & Affiliate Policy

Some Curated Extras may link to third-party partners or affiliate providers. Availability, pricing, booking terms, and service delivery are managed by the relevant partner unless stated otherwise.

Photography Policy

Photography services, image delivery, editing style, usage rights, and privacy preferences should be agreed before the tour or photography session begins.

Privacy Policy

Guest contact details and booking information are used to plan, communicate, and deliver private travel services. Full privacy terms can be expanded here as the booking system develops.
